This app features the breakout book Tini and Rhogi, Yogini and Yogi, a tale that masterfully blends kids natural love of dinosaurs with the deep treasures of yoga and mindfulness. PoseAbilities is an embedded card deck featuring 25 basic asanas (poses) and perfect for individual or group play. Deck 1 contains Character cards, introducing DharmaDinos by name, each doing their favorite poses. Sanskrit & American labels are provided for each asana, and every card is color-coded for spinal orientation. As well, there is a record and playback function feature allowing kids to personalize their play! Deck 2 lies below , in the information layer of each character card, and contains playful poems with placement - and encouragment cues. Suggestions for 10 different games are provided.
